Emotional intelligence (EQ) training

Emotional Intelligence training for people dealing with colleaugues and customers
The purpose of this training is to empower and equip people to develop and maintain outstanding relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Part of the primary purpose of the course is to improve the emotional intelligence of sales people. It has been proved that people with high EQ (emotional intelligence) is significantly more successful in sales.
The training programme
The training programme stretches over 5 days, but since it is modularly structured it can be broken up into 4-hour or 8-hour (1 day) sessions. This allows for the course to run over 10 weeks, half a day per week or 5 weeks, one day per week.
The course accommodates groups of 10 people per group.

The course consists of the following 10 modules (4 hours/module):

- Creating a service culture for professional and other types of customers

Module 6 & 7
- Emotional intelligence 1 and 2
Module 8
- How to deal with difficult customers?
- Effective telephone techniques
Module 9
- Customer interaction & communication styles
- Reading your customer’s body language
Module 10
- The art of listening
- The skill of asking good questions
- Building long-term relationships
Cost
The training cost R 4,750 per person attending. This includes manuals, hand-outs and a thorough personality analysis report.
